Security Program Instructor
DAVID B. JOHNSON
Graduated for the Los Angeles Institute of Polygraph in 1982.
He has conducted numerous polygraph examinations over a twenty-year period of private practice in Southern California. Mr. Johnson served on the board of directors of the National Polygraph Association and is a member of ASTM and the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives. He is a licensed Firearm instructor and Private Patrol Operator with over 20 years of diverse experience, including directing and coordinating operations with Federal, State and local law enforcement agencies. His company, David B. Johnson and Associates, provides executive protection. He served on the State of California Bureau of Investigative Service Firearms Panel as a subject matter expert. Mr. Johnson is a certified Polygraphist, serves on the Board of directors for COPP (California Organization of Private Police) and is a former Los Angeles District Governor of CALI (California Association of Licensed Investigations). He is an active member of the L.A. County Criminal Defense Investigators Association.

 



BARBARA I. GREER S
Background includes five (5) years with Crocker National /Bank as Assistant Vice President, where her duties included planning and setting policy and procedure. She also spent 13 years with West Coast Detectives focusing on marketing, recruiting, briefing, and training of security and investigative personnel. Ms. Greer worked as a Background Investigator and utilized a computer system to design investigative forms. Later, as
Administrator and Educational Counselor for the West Coast Detective Academy, she focused on the placement of students in jobs and networking with them to create the right atmosphere and confidence to get the job . She attended and headed seminars on sales and marketing, spent two years on the Board of Directors for the North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and assisted in the organizing of COPP (California Organization of Private Police) in an effort to improve the standards of the security industry.
